EXCHANGE INFO

Eligible Cases for Exchange or Return

• Exchange or return requests may be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. However, returns may not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product value has been reduced.
• If the product or service received is different from the product description or advertisement, requests may be accepted within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date the issue was discovered.

Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Cases

• Cut felt fabric may not be eligible for return. In unavoidable cases, a return may be accepted once with a 3% handling fee and additional processing costs.
• Custom-made products such as laser-cut items, die-cut items, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
• Products damaged or lost due to the customer’s responsibility are not eligible for return. However, damage to packaging only for product inspection may be excluded.
• Products whose packaging has been opened or damaged and whose value has been reduced may not be returned.
• Products whose value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the customer may not be returned.
• Products whose value has significantly decreased over time and cannot be resold may not be returned.
• Products with damaged packaging for reproducible goods may not be returned.
• Return shipping fees may include the actual shipping cost and packaging material costs.

※ If the exchange or return is due to a customer’s change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any additional handling or processing fees. This includes color exchanges, size exchanges, and similar requests.
