PAYMENT INFO

For high-value payments, the card company may contact you for security verification. If an order is suspected to be abnormal, such as the use of a stolen card or an order placed under another person’s name, the order may be held or canceled.

For bank transfer payments, please transfer the order amount through online banking, telephone banking, or directly at a bank.

The depositor name entered at checkout must match the actual depositor name. Payment must be completed within 7 days, and unpaid orders may be automatically canceled.

- Felt fabric is generally shipped in cut units. If you need uncut or connected-length delivery, additional shipping and handling fees may apply.

- Velcro sheets may be shipped in connected lengths when possible. However, if there are material defects or quality issues, the sheet may be cut before shipping.

- For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

EXCHANGE INFO

Eligible Cases for Exchange or Return

Exchange or return requests may be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. However, returns may not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product value has been reduced.
If the product or service received is different from the product description or advertisement, requests may be accepted within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date the issue was discovered.

Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Cases

Cut felt fabric may not be eligible for return. In unavoidable cases, a return may be accepted once with a 3% handling fee and additional processing costs.
Custom-made products such as laser-cut items, die-cut items, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Products damaged or lost due to the customer’s responsibility are not eligible for return. However, damage to packaging only for product inspection may be excluded.
Products whose packaging has been opened or damaged and whose value has been reduced may not be returned.
Products whose value has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption by the customer may not be returned.
Products whose value has significantly decreased over time and cannot be resold may not be returned.
Products with damaged packaging for reproducible goods may not be returned.
Return shipping fees may include the actual shipping cost and packaging material costs.

※ If the exchange or return is due to a customer’s change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any additional handling or processing fees. This includes color exchanges, size exchanges, and similar requests.
