If you cannot find the password reset email
Password reset emails from YJ24 may sometimes be filtered by your email provider. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check the following folders:
- Junk Email
- Spam
- Other Inbox
- Promotions or filtered folders
For Outlook, Hotmail, Live, or MSN email addresses, please also check your Junk Email folder and mark YJ24 emails as “Not Junk” if needed.

Before placing an order
Please make sure you are logged in to your YJ24 account before checkout. Member discounts and reward points are applied only when you place an order while logged in.
If you placed an order without logging in, your member discount or reward points may not be applied automatically.
