You can complete your membership registration by agreeing to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy through the [Sign Up] menu and filling out the required registration form. You can use our services free of charge immediately after signing up.
As a registered member, you do not need to enter the required order information every time you place an order, and you can participate in member-only events and various discount promotions.
You can use member-only services such as automatic order information saving, order history checking, event participation, and discount benefits.
Order Guide
Product orders are processed in the following steps.
For guest orders, please make sure to write down the order number and approval number shown on the order completion screen. For member orders, your order history is saved automatically, so you do not need to manage it separately.
Payment Guide
For high-value payments, the card company may contact you by phone for security verification. If the order is determined to be abnormal during the verification process, such as the use of a stolen card or an order placed under another person’s name, the order may be held or canceled.
For bank transfer payments, you may make a direct deposit through PC banking, internet banking, telephone banking, or a nearby bank. The depositor name entered when placing the order must match the actual depositor name.
Shipping Guide
- Additional shipping fees may apply for remote mountain areas or island regions.
- Your ordered products will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
- Shipping may be delayed depending on the product type, custom-made status, or stock availability.
Exchange and Return Guide
Cases Eligible for Exchange or Return
- Exchanges and returns are available within 7 days from the date you receive the product. However, exchanges and returns are not available if the package has been opened or damaged and the product value has been lost.
- If the supplied product or service differs from the displayed or advertised content, or is provided differently from the contract terms, exchanges and returns are available within 3 months from the date of receipt, or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the issue.
Cases Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
- If you purchased felt fabric. However, if unavoidable circumstances apply, a one-time return may be accepted after paying a 3% handling fee of the product amount and additional processing labor costs.
- If you purchased custom-made products such as laser-cut or die-cut products.
- If the product is lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer. However, this does not apply if the packaging was damaged only to check the product contents.
- If the package has been opened or damaged and the product value has been lost.
- If the product value has significantly decreased due to the customer’s use or partial consumption.
- If the product value has significantly decreased over time to the extent that resale is difficult.
- If the packaging of reproducible goods has been damaged.

Refund Guide
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the returned product arrives and its condition is checked.
If you paid by credit card, the card authorization will be canceled so that the payment will not be charged. However, depending on the card company’s billing date, if the amount has already been charged, it may be refunded by the card company on the following month’s credit card bill.
Reward Points and Other Information
Availability Period
Reward points earned from orders become available 20 days after the order is marked as delivered. During these 20 days, they are classified as pending reward points.
Pending reward points are points from orders that have not yet been fully finalized, in preparation for returns or purchase cancellations. Available reward points can be used immediately when purchasing products.

Expiration Conditions
- When an order is canceled or refunded, reward points earned from that purchase are also canceled.
- When a member withdraws from membership, all reward points automatically expire.
- If no additional reward points are accumulated for 3 years from the most recent reward point accrual date, the reward points will expire.
