  • Member purchase
    + If you purchased after logging in as a member on YJ24.com, reward points will be issued normally when you write a product review.
    ※ General review: +100 KRW reward / Photo review: +500 KRW reward

    Non-member purchase
    + If you purchased through Naver Pay or similar services and write a review provided by Naver, reward points will be issued normally by Naver.
  • The official YJ24.com app has been released.
    We plan to gradually provide as many benefits as possible for regular members through the app.
    For the time being, an additional 5% discount and 2% rewards are available on top of the existing discount benefits.
  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is completed.
    If fabric stock or other materials are insufficient, it may take an additional 1–2 days.

  • After logging in to the store, you can withdraw your membership using the “Membership Withdrawal” button at the bottom of My Page > My Information > Edit Member Information.

  • Yes, you can purchase without registering as a member. When placing an order, you can proceed through “Guest Checkout.”
  • You can check your order history using the “Guest Login” button on the Order History page.
  • When placing a guest order, a notification message, such as SMS or KakaoTalk, is sent to the customer.
    You can check the “order number” in that message.
    If you cannot check the message, please contact our customer center channel for assistance.
  • After logging in to the store, you can check your coupon information from My Page > My Shopping Information > Coupon History.
  • You can find your information using the “Find ID” or “Find Password” buttons on the login page.
  • If you sign up as a YJ24.com member and purchase products, you may receive a repurchase discount.
    + The repurchase discount is a benefit for regular members and applies from 10 or more purchase counts.
    + A 5% discount rate is applied.
