1. Please check the language and currency switchers at the top of the page

Before adding products to your cart or proceeding to checkout, please check the top area of the website.

For international orders, we recommend that you use the following settings:

  • Currency: USD

If the website is displayed in Korean or the currency is shown as KRW, please change the settings using the language and currency switchers at the top of the page.

After changing the language or currency, please check your cart and checkout page again before placing your order.

2. Please make sure your account is a USD account

Some customers may have reward points or previous order records transferred from our previous global store.

If your account has USD reward points, your available points will be displayed as USD in your account or during checkout.

You can check this by logging in and going to:

My Account → Reward Points

If your reward points are shown in USD, your account is treated as a USD-based international customer account.

If you believe your account should have USD reward points but they are not displayed, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Please check your shipping country and address carefully

International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country, shipping method, package weight, and product size.

Please make sure that your shipping address includes the correct:

  • Recipient name
  • Country
  • Postal code
  • State / Province / Region
  • City
  • Street address
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may delay shipment or cause delivery problems.

4. Please review the shipping method before payment

For international orders, available shipping methods may differ depending on the destination country and product type.

Air shipping options such as EMS Premium or FedEx may be calculated automatically during checkout when available.

For some large, heavy, or special items, shipping fees may need to be confirmed separately before payment.

If a shipping quote is required, we will guide you through the quotation and payment process.

5. Please check product options carefully

Some products may have options such as color, size, thickness, quantity, cutting type, or packaging method.

Before completing your order, please review all selected options in your cart.

For fabric or felt sheet products, shipping and packaging conditions may vary depending on whether the item is cut, rolled, or shipped in connected length.

6. Please check the final order amount before payment

Before clicking the payment button, please confirm that the following information is correct:

  • Product options
  • Quantity
  • Currency
  • Shipping address
  • Shipping fee
  • Reward point usage
  • Final payment amount

If the currency, shipping fee, or reward point amount does not look correct, please stop the checkout process and contact us before completing payment.

International orders are usually paid in USD through the available payment methods shown at checkout.

Please make sure that the final checkout currency is USD before completing your payment.
